At Pronoia Talent Solutions, we require upfront payment for consultations & trainings to ensure we can allocate the necessary time, resources, and preparation specifically for your business. Our consulting services involve tailored strategies, industry insights, and actionable solutions, all of which require dedicated planning and customization.
Upfront payment also allows us to prioritize your engagement, guarantee availability, and maintain a streamlined scheduling process. This ensures that we can deliver the highest level of service and value without interruptions or last-minute cancellations.
No. All deposits made for consulting services are non-refundable. This includes any upfront fees paid to secure Pronoia Talent Solutions' time, resources, and expertise.
Once consulting services have commenced, clients are financially committed for the full scope of the agreement. No cancellations, partial refunds, or early terminations will be honored.
Clients with virtual consultations or trainings can reschedule with at least 72 hours' notice. A rescheduling fee of 15% of the total session cost will apply for any rescheduled session(s). If a client reschedules with less than 72 hours' notice, a 25% fee will be applied.
In person consultations and trainings will need 2 weeks' notice as travel accommodations need to be taken into consideration. A flat fee of $500 will be added to your total.
If a client fails to attend a scheduled consulting session without 24hr prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited and no refund or credit will be issued.
In cases of unforeseen circumstances, (e.g., natural disasters, medical emergencies), Pronoia Talent Solutions will collaborate with the client to support them by rescheduling without penalty.
